Maria Isabel Menendez has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. Maria Isabel'smost recent role was as an HR Business Partner Lead at Loggi, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Human Resources Director - Latam at BCW Latin America from November 2018 to October 2021. From 2014 to 2018, Maria was the HR Director Brasil at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where they played a key role in the organization's turnaround process and implemented the E-Social platform. Before that, they served as the Organizational Development Manager at SKY Brasil from September 2012 to November 2014, focusing on compensation, succession, talent management, and leadership development. Maria also has experience as an HR Manager at GOL from September 2009 to April 2012, and as an HR Business Partner at Monsanto Company from July 2001 to September 2009.

Maria Isabel Menendez has an extensive education history. In 2023, they completed the LSP Facilitator Certification in Education through the Lego Serious Play Methodology. Prior to that, in 2021, they obtained an MBA in Digital Marketing from Empiricus.
