Heath Bumgardner

Heath Bumgardner is currently the Vice President of Government Relations at PsiQuantum since December 2024. Previously, Bumgardner served as a Strategy and Statecraft Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) from February 2024 to January 2025. Prior to that, Bumgardner held multiple roles at Boeing, including Senior Director of International Operations and Director of Government Operations, from August 2009 until December 2024. Heath Bumgardner earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School between 2008 and 2010 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Wake Forest University, completed in 2001.
