Klaus Schuegraf

SVP, System Engineering at PsiQuantum

Klaus Schuegraf is currently the SVP of System Engineering at PsiQuantum. Klaus has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having served as Vice President of Technology at SanDisk, Corporate Vice President and CTO of the Silicon Systems Group at Applied Materials, and Group Vice President at Cymer. Klaus also founded Arenius Systems and served as its Principal from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they were Vice President of New Products & Solutions at PDF Solutions, where they were responsible for business development. Klaus started their career as an engineer at Microchip and later moved to Micron, where they worked for four years.

Klaus Schuegraf received a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Klaus also holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Their manager is Jeremy O'Brien, CEO. They work with Mark Thompson - Chief Technologist, Crystal Huang - Chief of Staff, and Stu Aaron - COO, Chief Commercial Officer & Advisor.
