Sheila Cougras

Sheila Cougras has over 19 years of experience in various roles in the healthcare industry. Sheila is currently serving as the Director of Operations Quality Assurance at ConnectiveRx since July 2020. Prior to this, they were the Director of Compliance at Net Health from March 2008 to July 2020. Sheila also held the position of Senior Director of Surgical and Perioperative Services at Humility of Mary Health Partners from September 2006 to November 2007. Before that, they worked as the Program Director/Regional Director of Clinical Operations at Diversified Clinical Services/Curative Health Services from September 2001 to September 2006.

Sheila Cougras earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Penn State University from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Registered Nursing from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing. Sheila has also obtained additional certifications throughout their career, including being a Registered and Licensed Practical Nurse certified by the Ohio Board of Nursing, a Certified Officer Healthcare Compliance from the American Institute of Healthcare Compliance, Inc., and a Certified Wound Care Nurse from the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society™ (WOCN®) in December 2018.
