Noelle Emessiene has extensive work experience in Human Resources and talent management. Noelle is currently working as the Director HRBP at Investissements PSP. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Advisor at IG Wealth Management, where they built long-term relationships with clients and provided comprehensive financial planning services. Noelle also held the position of Head of HR Channel Islands at OCS, where they restructured the business and provided guidance on HR policies and employment legislation. Earlier in their career, they worked at Societe Generale in various HR roles, including Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Advisor. In these roles, Noelle was responsible for consulting with line management, developing HR programs, analyzing trends and metrics, and participating in the staffing process. Through their work experience, Noelle has demonstrated their expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and employee relations.

Noelle Emessiene has a diverse education history. Noelle began their education journey in 2002 at the University of Buea, where they pursued a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree until 2005. Following this, they attended the Centre Regional Africain d'Administration du Travail from 2007 to 2008 and obtained a Diploma of Special Studies (DESS) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.

In 2015, Noelle Emessiene expanded their expertise by completing a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma at the Centre de Compétences Processus Société Générale.

Building on their education, Noelle Emessiene pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) from 2018 to 2020, specializing in Management Consulting.

In addition to their educational achievements, Noelle Emessiene has obtained several certifications. In March 2015, they became a Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) through the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In May 2018, they obtained the CRHA certification from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. Furthermore, in June 2021, Noelle Emessiene obtained the certifications of Administratrice Agréée (AdmA) from the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec and Certified Management Consultant (C.M.C) from the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC-Canada).
