Tao Fang

Tao Fang is an experienced HR executive with a strong background in strategic human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director, HRBP at Thermo Fisher Scientific since July 2022, Tao Fang focuses on organizational effectiveness and cultural transformation. Prior roles include Senior Director, HRBP for SC Johnson's Global Research, Development and Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed the design and execution of HR strategies aligned with business needs, as well as HR leadership for the APAC region within Global Supply Chain. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Mercedes-Benz China and HR Director at General Motors, along with foundational HR management roles at LG Electronics. Tao Fang holds an MBA in Organization Behavior and Human Resources from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Light Industry University of PyongYang.
