Ba Erica Leslie Ma, Pcip

Erica Leslie has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Erica has worked at PSP Investments since May 2019, where they hold the position of Director, Global Government Affairs, CIO Strategy and Governance. Prior to this, Erica served as a Senior Vice President Stakeholder Relations at Encanto Potash Corp (EPO) from October 2016 to March 2018.

In the Canadian Forces, Erica started their career as an Artillery Reserve Officer at the 30th Field Royal Canadian Artillery Regiment in March 2007. Erica then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Officer in August 2009, serving until October 2010.

Before joining PSP Investments, Erica also had a tenure with the Department of National Defence. Erica worked as a G1 Management from September 2011 to December 2013. Additionally, they had roles as a Human Intelligence Operator from March 2011 to September 2011, and as an Investigations Analyst from November 2010 to May 2011.

Erica Leslie holds a Masters of Infrastructure Protection and International Security (MIPIS) degree from Carleton University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. During their time at Carleton University, they studied Civil Engineering, Security, and Intelligence Studies. Prior to their masters, Erica Leslie pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs at Carleton University from 2007 to 2009. Erica'sundergraduate education provided their with a solid foundation in the field. Before attending Carleton University, Erica Leslie attended Dalhousie University from 2004 to 2006, where they studied International Affairs.
