Patrick Monarque Cpa, Cma, Asc

Patrick Monarque, CPA, CMA, ASC has extensive experience in financial management and audit roles. Patrick currently serves as the Director of Operations Support and Investment Finance at PSP Investments since June 2017. Patrick is also involved in the academic field, holding the position of President of the Audit Committee at École nationale d'administration publique - ENAP since October 2021, and a member of the Board of Directors since March 2023. Furthermore, Patrick has served as the Director of the Board and President of the Audit Committee at Cégep Edouard-Montpetit et École nationale d'aérotechnique (ENA) since June 2023. Previously, they held the same positions at Cégep Edouard-Montpetit et ÉNA from February 2014 to January 2023. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where they held various managerial roles, including Associate Vice-President and Senior Director in the fields of private equity, investments, and finance. Patrick started their professional career as an Analyst and Auditor at Mouvement Des Caisses Desjardins.

Patrick Monarque obtained a Bachelor of Management Accounting from UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal). Patrick furthered their education at the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés / Université Laval from 2013 to 2014, where they received an University certification in corporate governance and attained the ASC professional designation.
