Katie Michel

Katie Michel is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions with Pritzker Realty Group and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and asset managing PRG’s industrial opportunities. Prior to joining PRG, Katie served as a senior vice president of asset management at CenterPoint Properties from 2010 to 2014 where she spearheaded budget and forecast operations for the 41 million square foot U.S. industrial portfolio as well as serving as a portfolio manager and asset manager for two portfolios.

During her 14 years at CenterPoint, Katie served in key roles including oversight of underwriting for $931 million of closed property acquisitions and redevelopments, $870 million in dispositions, and over 5 million square feet of vertical development and business parks. Prior to joining CenterPoint Properties, Katie was a licensed real estate broker and financial analyst with Podolsky NorthStar Realty and Stein & Company where she worked on the sales of the large industrial portfolio. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Siena Heights University. She earned the LEED accredited professional designation in 2008.
