Támara H, M.S., NCC, CCTP, LPC is a seasoned psychotherapist with extensive experience in child and adolescent mental health. Currently serving as a psychotherapist at MDLIVE MEDICAL GROUP IL LLC since August 2022 and as the licensed therapist and practice owner at Anchored Child & Family Counseling since 2017, Támara provides services to children, adolescents, parents, and families, including tele-therapy in Pennsylvania and international mental health consultations. Támara has a rich background in various clinical settings, including residential programs, outpatient facilities, hospitals, and school-based mental health programs. Additionally, Támara has published a book on intergenerational trauma with New Harbinger Publications and develops content for YouTube while contributing as a mental health columnist and professional book reviewer for prominent publishers. Támara holds the title of keynote speaker for the NBCC Foundation’s "Bridge The Gap Symposium", and has previously worked with Teladoc Health and Dr. Carole Kunkle-Miller and Associates. Támara is a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional and a licensed professional counselor.
