Kathleen Kelly

Kathleen has over 30 years of experience in the human resources field, primarily in the media/entertainment sector. Most recently, Kathleen was employed at Viacom CBS as Director, Human Resources/Generalist for WCBS-TV and Director of Human Resources at Sony Music Entertainment Inc. Kathleen has a proven track record as a business partner handling responsibilities ranging from recruitment and retention, employee relations, diversity/outreach, performance management, compensation and coaching/mentoring managers and employees at all levels in an organization. She has developed Human Resources functions, policies, and procedures and supports business and strategic decision-making. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the American Compensation Association.
