Julia Chua

Julia Chua is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in psychology and business development. Currently serving as the Associate Sales Director for Southeast Asia at Rakuten Insight since July 2024, Julia has previously held roles as a Business Development Manager at dataSpring Inc. and Truescope. Julia's background in psychology includes a private practice established in October 2010, where intervention strategies such as Solution Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy are employed. With a strong foundation in industrial psychology gained from positions at APSN and the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, Julia has demonstrated expertise in organisational development and career planning for individuals with special needs. Julia Chua holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
