Aditya W.

Aditya W. has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Aditya began their career at PT. Sayap Mas Utama in 2007, where they worked in the Labour Affair role for a brief period before transitioning to Training & Development. Aditya held the Training & Development position from February 2008 to July 2017. In 2019, they joined KOMPAS GRAMEDIA and focused on Learning and Development until May 2020. Currently, Aditya is working at PT. Alpen Food Industry, where they have held two roles. Aditya started as a Marketing System Training Spv. from March 2021 to August 2021 and is currently serving as a Recruitment & Training Development Supervisor since August 2021.

Aditya W.'s education history begins in 2004 when they attended SMK Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. They studied Akuntansi dan Keuangan but did not obtain a degree during their time there. Aditya W. then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia at Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI' from 2009 to 2013.
