Puthut Adhi has extensive experience in IT and customer service, currently holding multiple titles related to ID Management, Security and Compliance, and System Procedure at PT Alto Network since May 2019. Previously, Puthut worked as an Assistant Manager IT Helpdesk E-Channel at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk from September 2017 to May 2019, and at Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis from December 2010 to August 2017 in various roles including Customer Service, Customer Relations, Jr. Data Assurance Officer, Data Assurance, and Helpdesk & Monitoring. Puthut began the professional journey at Telekomunikasi Indonesia, focusing on helpdesk duties. Puthut holds a Bachelor's degree in Information System from Universitas Gunadarma and completed education at SMK Telkom Sandhy Putra Jakarta.
