David Sasmita

David Sasmita has a diverse work experience in learning and development roles across different industries. David has served as a Learning and Development Lead at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, a People Development Manager at JTI, and a Learning and Development Manager at Nike. Through their roles, they have demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing learning initiatives, partnering with stakeholders, and managing talent development programs. David'sexperience spans from training specialist roles to more strategic leadership positions within the field.

David Sasmita pursued an Associate Degree in Computerized Accounting at BINUS University. Subsequently, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Trisakti School of Management (STIE Trisakti). In 2015, they obtained the Certified Human Resources Professional certification from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
