Ashari Rahmat Prakosa

Ashari Rahmat Prakosa serves as a Process Engineer at PT Astra Honda Motor since January 2022, focusing on new model assembly flow process design and addressing machine-related quality issues. Previously, Ashari worked as an Engineering Division Trainee, where knowledge of the motorcycle manufacturing process was gained. Experience also includes a role as a Management Trainee at PT. Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika, where leadership in preventive maintenance improved machine downtime. Additionally, involvement as an R&D Mechanical Design Coordinator for the Ventilator Indonesia Project included prototype development and testing methods. Early career experience encompasses internships and assistant positions at Hitachi Power Systems Indonesia and Institut Teknologi Bandung, providing foundational skills in manufacturing processes. Ashari is pursuing an Executive MBA at the School of Business and Management ITB and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
