EVP Chief Of Customer Excellence And Centralized Services at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia

Bernard Lokasasmita has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Bernard started their career in 1994 as an Assistant Manager of Product Development at Bank Universal. Bernard then moved to BankPOS, where they worked as a Manager of Product Development from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, Bernard joined Standard Chartered Bank, where they held various roles including Manager of MIS, Head of Business Intelligence Unit, Head of Operations, and Head of Operational Excellence. Bernard worked at Standard Chartered Bank until 2009. From 2009 to 2015, Bernard worked at PermataBank as the Head of Service and Operational Excellence, where they led the development and implementation of service and business process re-engineering initiatives. In 2015, they joined Citi as the Head of Customer Experience, Decision Management, and GCB Academy. Bernard later moved to Commonwealth Bank Indonesia in 2016, where they currently hold the position of EVP Chief of Customer Excellence and Centralized Services.

Bernard Lokasasmita obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Indonesia, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition, Bernard attended an Executive Program in Business Administration and Management, General at INSEAD. Bernard also earned a certification as a Certified Behavior Consultant from Power Character.
