Fitri Wahyuningsih

Fitri Wahyuningsih has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Fitri is currently serving as the SVP Business Assurance in Digital In-Business Control at PT. Bank Commonwealth, where they are responsible for implementing and managing operational risk management in the digital business.

Prior to this, Fitri worked as the Sr. Dept Head HR & GS at PT. GAJAH TUNGGAL, Tbk. Fitri'sresponsibilities included aligning HR strategy with business strategy, improving HR processes and systems, overseeing HR and general services, and managing HR-related projects.

Fitri also has experience working as an AVP Change Management at Asia Idea and as an Organization and Human Performance Consultant, as well as a Change Management Consultant at Accenture. Fitri started their career as an HR Manager at Gumilang Sari.

Fitri Wahyuningsih obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran from 1987 to 1994. Fitri also attended SMA Taruna Bakti for high school, where they focused on Physics. In addition to their formal education, Fitri obtained certification as an ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile in July 2018.
