Upiek Farli Yuliana has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Upiek Farli started their career at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk as a Branch Operations Manager, where they supervised operational activities and managed day-to-day operations for the branch. Upiek Farli then worked as a Quality Assurance at ANZ, ensuring compliance with operational procedures in the branch and conducting QA testing for various banking processes. After that, they joined CIMB Niaga as a Senior Audit Manager, leading a team and overseeing risk management and internal audit assignments. Upiek Farli later worked as a Business Process Analyst at ANZ, contributing to process improvement initiatives. Upiek Farli then joined PT Bank DBS Indonesia as an AVP, Business Process Analyst, and finally, they are currently working at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia as L1 - Business Risk & Control Dept. Head, responsible for policy creation and process improvement in the Retail & SME Business department.

Upiek Farli Yuliana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Bank Central Asia Scholarship of Accounting Education Program from 2001 to 2004. Upiek Farli then pursued further education, receiving another Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Institut Bisnis Dan Informatika Indonesia, from 2004 to 2007.
