Pratiwi Tinggi

Pratiwi Tinggi is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Branch Service Manager at PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia since September 2014. In this role, Pratiwi ensures compliance with company policies and procedures while providing support and solutions to colleagues in customer service and cashier departments. Prior to this, Pratiwi worked as a Service Frontliner and Bank Teller at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk., where key responsibilities included processing transactions, managing customer accounts, and promoting banking products. Pratiwi holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Universitas Hasanuddin, completed in 2011.
