Shella Novia Dhianty

Shella Novia Dhianty currently serves as the CEO of Suara Kebaikan since November 2023 and holds the position of IT Business Analyst Assistant Manager at PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia, a role assumed in February 2023. Prior experience includes participation in the Talent Banker Program at PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia from May 2022 to December 2022, and a role as Staff Fulfillment Data Analyst at Telkom Indonesia from December 2019 to May 2022. An internship at Kementrian dalam negeri was completed in late 2019, and earlier academic contributions were made as a Laboratory Assistant in Ecology at the University of Indonesia from 2018 to August 2019. Shella holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Natural Science from the University of Indonesia.
