Alda Rania

Alda Rania began their work experience in 2018 as a Lecture Assistant at Atma Jaya Catholic University, where they provided support in the field of qualitative research methods. In 2017, they served as the General Coordinator at Unit Penelitian Mahasiswa, demonstrating their leadership skills. The following year, in 2018, they gained an internship position as a Human Resources Recruiter at PT Kalbe Farma, Tbk. Additionally, in 2019, they worked as a Freelancer in Human Resources Positions at Dankos Laboratories Tbk, PT for a brief period. Later in 2019, Alda joined PT Bintang Toedjoe as a Recruitment & Selection Officer, responsible for managing the entire recruitment process and developing tools to improve the recruitment business process. In 2023, they were promoted within the same company to the role of Recruitment Selection & Employer Branding Officer, where they further expanded their responsibilities to include employer branding and engagement activities.

Alda Rania completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in 2015. Alda then pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same university, which they completed in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Alda Rania has also obtained several certifications. In June 2022, they became an Assesor for Assesmemt Center through Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI). In April 2022, they obtained the Basic Human Resources Professional (BHRP) certification from One-CHRP. Moreover, in August 2018, they participated in the ASEACCU Conference Japan, organized by the Association of South East Asian Catholic College and University.
