Aisyah Ashrinawati Sinawan

Aisyah Ashrinawati Sinawan is a professional in knowledge management with a current role as Supervisor of Knowledge Management at PT Dirgantara Indonesia since September 2019. Responsibilities include analyzing organizational knowledge needs, designing and implementing knowledge management activities aligned with business strategy, and developing knowledge management technologies. Previously, Aisyah served as a Knowledge Management Analyst at PT Astra Honda Motor and has held various positions including laboratory assistant, teaching assistant, and intern at Chevron. Aisyah's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Additionally, Aisyah has participated in several event committees and competitions, showcasing strong organizational and teamwork skills.
