Raden Muhammad Irsan Bazar began their work experience at PT Dirgantara Indonesia in 2015 as an intern. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Quality Control Inspector. Raden Muhammad Irsan later became a Project Leader Team Quality for the N219 Amphibious Aircraft Project, where they collaborated with various department heads and stakeholders to achieve compliance certifications. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Test Aircraft Engineer for PT Dirgantara Indonesia, responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of the N219 aircraft and managing maintenance activities and schedules.
Raden Muhammad Irsan Bazar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Pasundan, which they attended from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Politeknik Negeri Bandung from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Aircraft Maintenance Understanding the FAR's" and "Aircraft Structures and Materials" from Udemy in October 2023.
