Maulana Ihsan Wardhana

Maulana Ihsan Wardhana currently serves in community development at PT DJARUM since July 2021, focusing on the Bakti Sosial program and fostering relationships with various stakeholders. Previously, Maulana worked as a Human Capital Officer at Pamapersada Nusantara from February 2019 to February 2021, managing employee performance, recruitment, and organizational effectiveness. Early career experiences include an internship at Telkom Indonesia and involvement in student organizations at Universitas Diponegoro and SMA N 3 Semarang, where leadership roles were held. Maulana holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Diponegoro University.
