Natya Nauri Namaskara has extensive experience in marketing research and consumer analysis at PT DJARUM since 2014, focusing on cigarettes and new business developments by designing and leading studies, analyzing data, and formulating strategies. In addition, Natya serves as a Fitness Trainer and Operation Manager at 80/20 Project Indonesia, coaching clients with diverse needs. Previous roles include strategic management projects at Hortiplan NV, HR functions at HPI Agro, and media planning at PT DJARUM. Natya holds an MBA from TIAS School for Business and Society and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
