Ayep Dirmawan

Ayep Dirmawan has a diverse work experience in various roles related to maintenance and engineering. Ayep most recently worked as the VP Operations Maintenance at Freeport Indonesia since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Freeport-McMoRan for over 20 years, holding positions such as Senior Manager Maintenance, Maintenance Manager, General Superintendent Maintenance, Superintendent Maintenance, Superintendent - Support Equipment Planning, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, and Safety Engineer. Before joining Freeport-McMoRan, Ayep Dirmawan briefly worked as a Service Engineer at PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor.

Ayep Dirmawan completed their B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung from 1996 to 2000. Ayep later pursued an MBA in Operations Management from the School of Business and Management ITB, which they completed from 2007 to 2009.
