Haris Munandar

Haris Munandar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and consulting, currently serving as the Chief of Strategy Performance and Process at PT. GML Performance Consulting since February 2022. Previously, Haris operated as a freelance consultant and trainer specializing in strategic management, organizational development, and human resources management from January 2017 to February 2022. Haris's notable roles include Senior Consultant at PT Netika Indonesia from March 2019 to April 2020, where responsibilities included leading HR management system development and project coordination, as well as Director at Value Alignment Group from July 2012 to December 2016, focusing on strategic planning and execution. Early career highlights include a position as Strategic Management Consultant at People Performance Consulting from November 2010 to July 2012. Haris holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau.
