Ikha Dalinar Kurnia Putra (Danar Putra)

Danar Putra's work experience is as follows:

- Currently, Danar works at PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkominfra) as the National Leader & Head of SME. In this role, they are responsible for the overall management and strategic consulting of national projects for Telkominfra and Telkomsel. Ikha Dalinar also serves as the Technical Leader and SME Area 1 for Telkomsel's Sumatera region, managing a team of RNO, RF, and OSS engineers. Additionally, Danar has worked as the National Technical Project Manager, overseeing various projects, including multivendor LTE strategic assessment, RAN strategic activity planning, and national LTE network profiling.

- Prior to their current position, Danar worked as a Strategic Consultant at Ericsson, where they provided strategic guidance and support.

- Before joining Ericsson, Danar worked at NSN - Nokia Networks as an NPO Radio Specialist, Network Planning and Optimization Engineer, and participated in a workshop and on-the-job training for the 3G-HSPA Mumbai and Brazil projects.

- Danar also gained experience at Huawei Technologies HQ Shenzhen, China, where they completed an internship program as an NPO in Shenzhen and Beijing and gained hands-on experience in radio network planning and optimization.

- Ikha Dalinar briefly worked as an LTE Specialist at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.

- Danar also has experience working as a Site Investigation Engineer at PT, Miranthi Konsultan, and as a Laboratory Assistance & RF Engineer at the Mobile Communication Laboratory.

- Additionally, they completed an internship program at Telekomunikasi Indonesia.

Ikha Dalinar Kurnia Putra, also known as Danar Putra, has a diverse education history. Ikha Dalinar completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at Telkom University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 1 Demak for their high school education, specializing in Science.

During their time at Telkom University, Danar also had the opportunity to study abroad at Beijing Language and Culture University. Here, they participated in an exchange program focused on Chinese language and culture, which took place in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Danar has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Ikha Dalinar received certification in 3GPP 5G - Release 16 & 17 and Understanding 5G New Radio (NR) Standards from Keysight Technologies in December 2020. Prior to that, in August 2015, they obtained the NCSP LTE RA PaO 2.2 certification from Nokia Networks. In July 2015, they obtained the NCSS LTE RA PaO 2.0 certification from the same institution. In October 2014, they obtained the NCSA certification from Nokia Networks, specializing in LTE and 2G/3G Solution. Furthermore, they received a certification in Chinese Language and Culture from Beijing Language and Culture University in November 2013. In November 2013, they also participated in the Telecom Seeds For The Future program, an undergraduate work experience program offered by Huawei Technologies. Lastly, they hold a certification in LTE ADVANCED from Qualcomm.

It is evident that Danar Putra is a dedicated individual who has continuously pursued formal education and obtained relevant certifications to further their expertise in the field of telecommunications engineering and Chinese language and culture.
