Alfonsus Sugandha

Alfonsus Sugandha has extensive work experience in various roles within the product development and management field. Their most recent position is the Chief Product Officer at PT Kita Tanami Indonesia since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Product Director at RedDoorz from May 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they served as the Lead Product Manager at OVO (PT Visionet Internasional) from February 2019 to May 2021.

In their earlier career, Alfonsus held positions at Tokopedia as the Product Tribe Lead from August 2017 to February 2019 and as the Product Owner from May 2016 to August 2017. Alfonsus also worked as the New Product Development Head at PT Golden Energy Mines from April 2015 to April 2016 and as the Group Head Product Development at Jatis Mobile from May 2013 to April 2015.

Prior to their roles in product development, Alfonsus gained experience in IT development and management. Alfonsus worked as the IT Development Manager at PT Lautan Teknologi from January 2009 to July 2012, and as an Application Developer from January 2008 to January 2009. Alfonsus began their career at PT. Pharos Indonesia as a Management Trainee from June 2006 to December 2007.

Alfonsus Sugandha completed a Master's degree in Information System Management from BINUS University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Sanata Dharma University from 2002 to 2006.
