Yolanda Ayu Pangesti

Yolanda Ayu Pangesti is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PT. Nayati Indonesia since January 2021, with previous experience as a Facilitator at Optimus Training Center and a brief role in Human Resource and General Affairs at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). At Optimus Training Center, Yolanda facilitated soft skill training to enhance client performance. Educationally, Yolanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Unika Soegijapranata Semarang, and has served as a Lecture Assistant in Psychological Testing and Biopsychology at the same institution, mentoring teams of students.
