Rayi Kusumaningrum

Rayi Kusumaningrum has a solid work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Rayi is currently the Head of Human Capital at PT PP (Persero) Tbk since 2021. Previously, they served as the People & Organization Development Manager at PT PP Properti Tbk in 2020, the HCM Senior Manager at PT PP Urban from 2018 to 2020, and the People Development & Recruitment Manager at PT PP Urban (Subsidiary of PT PP (Persero) tbk) in 2017. Before that, they worked as an HR Generalist at PT PP PRACETAK (Subsidiary of PT PP (Persero) tbk) from 2016 to 2017. Rayi also gained experience as a Training Development Specialist and Compensation Benefits Specialist at PT PP (Persero) Tbk from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Ground Staff at PT Lion Air from 2012 to 2013 and as a Psychology Laboratory Assistant at Biro Pusat Layanan Psikologi in 2011.

Rayi Kusumaningrum attended the University of Muhammadiyah Malang from 2008 to 2012. Rayi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In addition to their degree, Rayi also earned certifications in Competency Based Interview from Bina Potensia Indonesia in March 2016 and Training Need Analysis from HC BUMN, with the specific month and year of obtaining the certification unknown.
