Kelsey Newman

Kelsey Newman, PT, DPT, has a diverse work experience in the field of physical therapy and research. Kelsey began their career as a Camp Counselor at Carolina Juniors Volleyball Club in 2009 and later served as a Sales Clerk at Relaxed Tan and Spa in 2013. In the same year, they interned at NovaCare Rehabilitation and also worked as a Research Intern at the Milken Institute School of Public Health. In 2014, Kelsey interned at the Pentagon DiLorenzo TRICARE Health Clinic. Kelsey then joined Physio as a Rehabilitation Aide in 2015. Kelsey continued their education and athletics as an NCAA Division 1 Volleyball Player at The George Washington University between 2011 and 2015. After completing their studies, they worked as a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions Physical Therapy from 2018 to 2019. Kelsey gradually progressed to Clinic Director in 2019, Senior Clinic Director in 2021, and currently serves as the Director of District Operations, starting in 2023.

Kelsey Newman, PT, DPT, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from The George Washington University in 2015. Kelsey then went on to earn a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Kelsey has obtained certifications in BLS (first aid, CPR) and OSHA, although the specific institution and year of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
