Desy Yulianti has five years of work experience in various roles related to business analysis and system maintenance. They started their career as a Business Process Analyst Coordinator at PT Sentra Inovasi Solusindo, where they were responsible for gathering requirements and creating functional specifications for an accounting system. They then moved on to Avrist Assurance as an IT Business Analyst Assistant Supervisor, where they migrated a new core system and tested its functions and modules. After that, they joined Tokio Marine Insurance Group (Asia) as a Business System Analyst Supervisor, where they maintained and enhanced the core life application and collaborated with vendors and end users to gather requirements. Next, they worked at NTT as a Senior Business Analyst, defining new applications and coordinating with stakeholders to establish project scope and requirements. Currently, they are working at Sompo Insurance Indonesia as a Business Analyst Assistant Manager.

Desy Yulianti earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jobs in Indonesia, starting in 2010 and completing the program in 2014.
