Muhammad Arief Hidayat has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Muhammad Arief started their career at PT. KIMIA FARMA, TBK as an Associate Recruiter for a brief period in 2014. Muhammad Arief then worked as a Freelance Tester at PT. Hucle Indonesia from October 2015 to February 2016. Following that, they served as an HR Generalist at IDEAS Consulting from March 2014 to April 2016. In 2016, they joined Insight Consultant as a Recruitment Associate, where they conducted psychological tests and prepared reports. Muhammad Arief Hidayat obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Negeri Semarang. Muhammad Arief attended this university from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications throughout their career.
