With over a decade of experience at PT Len Industri (Persero), Ridwan has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Project Operation for MRO and Global Sales, demonstrating expertise in managing and delivering projects, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in both government and global markets. Notable achievements include the successful delivery of significant projects valued at billions of IDR across sectors such as telecommunications and navigation.
