Heri Kurniawan

Heri Kurniawan has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Head of HR & GA Division and Head of Human Resources Development Department at PT. Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika since September 2016. Prior to this role, Heri Kurniawan held various positions at PT Showa Indonesia Manufacturing from April 2001 to August 2016, including Head of HRD, Head of People Development, Career Plan & Development Specialist, Head of Recruitment, and Recruitment Specialist. Heri Kurniawan holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, obtained between 1996 and 2001, and completed secondary and primary education in Jakarta from 1983 to 1995.
