Åsa Magnusson

Åsa Magnusson has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Åsa started their career as a Journalist with Free lance commissions in 2007. Åsa then worked as a Clinical Research Associate at Quintiles from 2008 to 2009. Åsa joined Johnson & Johnson in 2009, where they held various roles including Drug Safety Associate/ Medical Information Associate and Medical Information Executive. Åsa later joined Shire as an Outcome Survey Clinical Research Associate in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they returned to Johnson & Johnson as a Medical Information Manager and Project Lead Learning Management Systems. Åsa then worked at Roche as a Medical Information Manager and later as a Global Compliance Manager from 2012 to 2018. Åsa joined TESARO, Inc. in 2018 as an International Compliance Manager before moving on to PTC Therapeutics, Inc. In their most recent role, Åsa held the position of Associate Director Compliance - EMEA and currently holds the role of Associate Director International Compliance.

Åsa Magnusson completed a Master's degree in Journalism from Uppsala University in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Biomedical Science from Uppsala University from 2002 to 2006.
