Jens Gruenert

Jens Gruenert has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Jens began their career as a Scientific Assistant at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) München in 2004. Jens then had roles as a Medical Project Manager at Angela Liedler GmbH and as a Medical Account Director at Liedler GSW. In 2008, they became a Medical Director at Euro RSCG Life. From 2009 to 2015, they served as Managing Director/SVP Medical Affairs at inVentiv Medical Communications. In 2015, they started their own consulting firm called Gruenert Medical Affairs Consulting. Jens then joined Zogenix GmbH as a Medical Director and later became a Senior Medical Director for the DACH region. Most recently, they have been working as the Senior Director of Medical Affairs in the D-A-CH region for PTC Therapeutics, Inc.

Jens Gruenert obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Medicine from the Technical University of Munich from 1998 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at Leipzig University from 1996 to 1998.
