Mark Boulding is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and digital health sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at PTC Therapeutics since April 2002, Mark oversees the Legal, Intellectual Property, Compliance, Quality, and IT functions while also holding the position of Assistant Secretary of the Corporation. Prior roles include General Counsel and EVP at Medicalogic/Medscape, Inc. and General Counsel and Vice President of Regulatory at Medscape, where Mark managed legal and regulatory affairs. Previous positions also include partnership roles at Long, Aldridge & Norman and Fox, Bennett & Turner, and an associate position at White & Case. Mark holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology from Yale University.
