Santiago Garcia

Santiago Garcia, MBA has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Santiago started their career as a Clinical Lab Associate at Atlantic Health System in November 2015 and worked there until September 2016. Santiago then joined Shionogi Inc. in September 2016 as a Clinical Trial Associate and stayed until May 2018. Santiago later joined PTC Therapeutics, Inc. in May 2018 as an Associate Project Manager and worked in this role until December 2019. Santiago then progressed to the position of Manager - Commercial Development at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. from December 2019 to June 2021. Following that, they took on the role of Senior Manager - Commercial Development at the same company from June 2021 to June 2023. Currently, Santiago holds the position of Associate Director, Global Marketing at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. since June 2023.

Santiago Garcia earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a dual concentration in Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing from Rutgers Business School, from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, with a Minor in Spanish, at the University of Scranton from 2011 to 2015. Santiago also obtained a Regulatory Affairs Certificate in Pharmaceuticals from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) in 2016.
