Dorette Presson has over 30 years of work experience. Dorette began their career in 1990 as Director of Real Estate Marketing at Morton Bros Real Estate Development. In 1997 they joined Aetna as an Account Executive, National Accounts, and later held the roles of Regional Account Manager, Middle Market, Implementation Project Manager, and Sales Support Consultant. In 2011, they moved to Brown & Brown as an Account Executive and then in 2016 to Corestream as an Account Executive. Currently, they are the Director of Sales Eastern US at PTO Exchange.

Dorette Presson obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St. Petersburg College. In 2005, they obtained an Insurance License from the North Carolina Department of Insurance. In 1986, they obtained a Florida Real Estate License from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
