Mitchel Kay

Mitchel Kay serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at PTS Corp. since January 2021, following a role as COO and General Counsel at The Stro Companies from December 2018 to January 2021. Previous experience includes positions as an Associate in the Real Estate and Corporate Departments at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, and as Vice President focusing on Technology Transactions at Morgan Stanley. Additionally, Mitchel has worked as an Associate Attorney in Entertainment and Intellectual Property Law at Furgang & Adwar, LLP, and gained in-house counsel experience at Source Communications. Earlier roles included law clerk positions at North Jersey Media Group, Talkback Thames, and Bienstock & Michael, LLC. Mitchel Kay holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan.
