Karen Lew

Karen Lew is a seasoned professional in strategy and creative development, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy at Pubity Group since July 2025. Previously, Karen held the position of Senior Director of Creative Strategy at Whalar from October 2019 to February 2025, where notable achievements included recognition at the Mars Petcare Award and the Shorty Awards for innovative storytelling. Earlier experience includes roles as Lead Brand Strategist at DDB Group Hong Kong and as an Associate Producer/Editor at Weber Shandwick, where a diverse portfolio included work with major brands such as GSK and Coca-Cola. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Film-TV-Radio from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master’s Degree in Advertising from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
