Scott Burack

Scott Burack is an experienced professional in web development and engineering management, currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Public Goods since July 2018. In this role, Scott has spearheaded various engineering initiatives, previously contributing as a Lead Web Developer by creating a new one-click checkout experience with Next.js and upgrading the Shopify theme to Shopify 2. Scott's journey in the tech field began as a Web Developer, one of the early hires at Public Goods, where management of the Shopify-based website was a key responsibility. Prior to this, Scott was the Business Owner of Flip Pong, an inventor of a table cover for drinking games, and founded Vonotes, a web application for social note-taking. Education includes training in full stack web development at Flatiron School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from West Virginia University.
