Deborah Doss

Deborah Doss is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public health and education. Currently serving as the Team Lead for the CICT at Heluna Health, Deborah oversees a team conducting COVID-19 disease intervention activities for Santa Clara County. As the Lead Investigation Specialist Contact Tracer for the Indiana State Department of Health, Deborah facilitates contact tracing efforts. Previous roles include Director at the Santa Cruz Family History Center, where Deborah manages genealogical resources, and an Instructor Trainer at American Red Cross Training Services, providing essential training in health and safety. Deborah also has experience as the founder of MedChocolate and has held various leadership positions in nonprofit organizations, showcasing a strong background in community development and program coordination. Deborah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from California State University-Sacramento and has additional educational experience from multiple institutions.
