Marchal Monckton

Marchal Monckton began their work experience in 2006 as a Recruiter at Culver Careers. They then worked as a Claims Representative at Progressive Insurance from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined the Public Health Institute's Global Health Fellows Program as an Operations Specialist, and later moved on to become a Senior Specialist in Participant Support & Site Development from 2011 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as the Lead in Participant Support & Site Development at The Global Health Fellows Program II/The Public Health Institute. In 2018, Marchal Monckton started working at the Public Health Institute as the Global Operations Manager for the STAR Project. They were promoted to the role of Director of Global Operations for the STAR Program in July 2020.

Marchal Monckton obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, which they attended from 1999 to 2004.
