Jean-Luc Desire is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the automotive and industrial sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Waterleau and Director of Business Development for Noregon Systems, Jean-Luc specializes in growth initiatives and strategic consulting, particularly in operational performance within the automotive industry. Previously, as CEO of Haldex, Jean-Luc led a €600M global company to achieve historic sales and EBIT results while increasing stock value by 30%. Jean-Luc also held key roles at Tenneco and WABCO, where significant sales and EBIT improvements were realized.
