Thomas Mustafa is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Group Executive Chef and Group Head Chef of Operations at Public House Management Group since October 2015, Thomas previously held the position of Head Chef at Wollongong Stadium with Delaware North Companies Australia & New Zealand from January 2013 to October 2015. Prior to that, Thomas worked as a Sous Chef with Delaware North Companies from July 2011 to January 2013 and held the role of Chef de Partie at Sydney Turf Club from December 2007 to July 2011. Thomas's culinary education was obtained at Ryde Tafe.
