Kelly Brouse

Kelly Brouse possesses extensive experience in international law and policy, currently serving as Assistant Counsel, Legal Consultant, and Law Fellow at the Public International Law & Policy Group since August 2014. Previous roles include Research Associate at the same organization, where legal research focused on constitution drafting, peace negotiations, and transitional justice.
